Our Client is a well-known, developing international IT company. Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:


Infrastructure Engineer Junior – WINDOWS

Requirements:

Technical knowledge about the following technical areas:
•client IMAC processes and tools (RIS/WDS),
•client patching process and tools (SMS etc.),
•client OS compliancy (Windows OS , GPOs, Scripts, Active Director),
•hardware support software,
•client applications compliancy,
•end user storage services compliancy,
•client communication services compliancy.

In Addition:
•good skills in French and  English, both written and spoken,
•well organized and attentive to details,
•ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse team, open to different ideas and opinions ,
•ability to work on technical complex environment as well as on taking into account organisational and processes aspects,
•good at problem resolution,
•good communication skills,
•good listener, likes to share knowledge.

Responsibilities:
•support the customers according to the support process,
•support the customer in their local languages where possible,
•manage information,
•cooperate with the Global Desktop Operation team,
•interface with other support teams and functions.
